The continued success of Vita Student – now a brand demanded by major European institutions – means its 26th Vita Student development, Park Place, will be the last project we put on sale.

Affinity Living

A brand that’s raising the benchmark for city-centre living, Affinity Living is Select Property Group’s premium residential brand designed with the end-user in mind to provide an unmatched city living experience. These premium residential apartments offer spacious living areas, state-of-the-art facilities, and prime city-centre locations.

Launched in 2016, Affinity Living has 876 apartments in operation and a further 266 in the pipeline. With four operational developments in Manchester, they are excited to be bringing the finest standards of living to Birmingham – a major city where a quarter of households rent their properties.
